Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Paydirt collects through this site and the Paydirt platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective June 2026.

Who we are

Paydirt is a lead capture and customer management platform for local service businesses, built and operated by Tex Kelly Productions LLC. We also offer done-for-you setup and marketing services around it. You can reach us by email at tex@inertialmediagroup.com. This policy applies to this website and the information we handle through it and through the platform.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, use the chat on this site, or sign up, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, the plan or service you are interested in, and any message you send. If you become a client, we collect the business information needed to set up and run your account.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit, such as your browser, device, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived, through analytics tools and standard server logs.

Payment information. When you subscribe, your payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number. We receive limited billing details such as your name, email, plan, and payment status.

Information we process for our clients

When a business uses Paydirt, we process the leads and customer information that flow into their account, such as the names, phone numbers, emails, and messages their own customers submit, on that client's behalf and under their direction, so we can capture, organize, and respond to those leads for them. The client is responsible for the information in their account and for how it is collected and used. If you are an end customer of a business that uses Paydirt and you have a request about your information, please contact that business directly.

How we use your information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, provide and run the platform and our services, process payments, schedule and complete work, improve how the site and platform perform, and understand which pages and sources bring in clients. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number through our forms, by phone, or in person, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) about your inquiry, account, scheduling, and service. For clients who turn on texting, the platform sends and receives messages on the client's behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never shared for promotional reasons.

Analytics

We use website analytics to measure traffic and which pages people use. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, the site, and the platform, and where the law requires it. These providers include our website and platform hosting and database provider, our analytics provider, the providers that deliver our text messages and emails, our calendar and scheduling integrations, and our payment processor. They handle your information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. To make a request, email us at tex@inertialmediagroup.com and we will respond as required by law.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email us at tex@inertialmediagroup.com, and we will verify and respond as required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep account, inquiry, and contact information for as long as we need it to serve you and keep normal business records, then dispose of it. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site and the platform are meant for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page.
